Foundation members receive regular communication, invitations to attend school events, and annual updates from the Board and Headmaster at our annual general meeting.  

Membership of the Foundation is through donation or pledge (or notified bequest) and comprises five classes: President’s Circle, Patrons, Directors, Fellows, and Members.

The King’s Foundation was constituted by declaration made on 17 September 1980 and amended on 4 November 1998 and 26 May 2010.

The foundation of King's College was guided by a simple but impactful vision: to provide a comprehensive education that balanced academic, sporting, and cultural activities. Further, to provide the very best version possible of this all-round education. This remains central to our vision today.

Our year 9 and 10 students are building a strong foundation for their future studies, developing confidence, and exploring themselves and their abilities. Our two-year lower school curriculum combines traditional academic subjects with courses that develop a range of life skills and thinking skills.
